  I always find the service to be lovely here. However the food is mediocre and never that impressive and sometimes the drinks are not mixed well (such as their hot chocolate). The over-all atmosphere is lovely (fancy casual) and it is a comfortable place to sit and relax with friends. It is the least crowded in the mornings. It can however get crowded at lunch and supper time. Over-all good service and great atmosphere, but only okay food, and can be crowded at times.

  A little more training for the baristas could help bring the quality of the Commonwealth Avenue location up to the level of the Duckworth Street location. But the enthusiasm of the service was undeniable!

  Great coffee with excellent daily soup and sandwiches to choose from. I always prefer local shops like this to Starbucks.
