  We were fortunate enough to drop in to Crossfit Islander because one of the other crossfit gyms in town wanted to charge us $20 to drop in, not really in the spirit of the reciprocal crossfit agreement but meant we got to train with the champions at Crossfit Islander. We rocked up about 15 minutes before the class and James was happy to have us drop in.
