  I moved here recently for school and I shopped around for groceries. I found that if you're looking for the best prices per unit of measure, dominion is the best bet. You don't get the best quality, but you get the best price. Produce is hit and miss, which is no different than Sobeys or Walmart. Meat is excellent, especially when you get a sale. I'm a student so Im forced to shop cheap. They have 50% off racks of produce and bread usually which is awesome. They go overkill on the tags though, some are large and bright, which if you aren't paying attention, they usually don't mean the item is on sale. They usually mean it's just an everyday value or a multiple buy. Fresh bread is great, and the staff are great. One last thing, just pay attention when they ring your items through, some of the sales are missed in the system. Just mention it was on sale and they make the adjustment.
