  Do you really want to bring your car to a shop where the owner doesn't even stand behind his shops work? After this encounter I was told to get off his lot because he doesn't care about my business or that of Bill Mathews Audi who were the ones that sent me to Custom Automotive in the first place.

  Warranty repair was done here through Audi on the area around my door handles at the same time, sure enough paint is bubbling in the exact same spot less than a year later. How this shop can still be in business with such poor quality of work is remarkable.

  These guys did an awesome job on my grand caravan.....paint matched perfect even cleaned it out as a bonus.i highly recommend them!!!!

  Made a cash deal with them to fix my car after I was rear ended. Part of that deal was some extra work not related to the body of the car. Paid cash up front and had to go away on business. 4 weeks later I came back and everything was done according to the agreement. Since I paid cash the guy could have screwed around, but he didn't. All work was done as we agreed and shook hands on.

  Terrible quality of work. Had a fender bender repaired here and the panel doesn't fit properly anymore, sticking off the car now constantly. Not to mention they didn't properly remove the corrosion in the area before painting it. Rust coming through the paint less than a year after painting. Owner assumes no responsibility at all. Saying "I would need a magnifying glass to get all the rust", no you would need to use an acid wash over the area. When asked if he thought the work that was done by his shop was quality work he said the paint matches the rest of the car, nothing else. The panel they removed to paint fit perfectly before now doesn't fit but to him there is no issue...

  Beware, owner assumes no accountability for the work and you will be back to where you started before any repairs one year later. Out money.
